Lupus is an autoimmune disease where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues and organs, leading to inflammation, pain, and tissue damage. National Sourdough Bread Day is a wonderful celebration of that tangy, chewy goodness we call sourdough.

Jane Adams was born in Washington, DC today in 1965. This actress has over 70 credits going back to the 1980s when she appeared on episodes of Tales From The Darkside and Family Ties. More recently Adams has appeared in episodes of Showtime’s remake of Twin Peaks; Amazon Prime’s Sneaky Pete; and playing Niki Katz in HBO’s The Idol.
